What happens when my trial ends?
Nothing breaks and nothing is deleted. If a subscription isn't set up by then, access pauses for everyone at your company until it is — your data stays exactly as you left it, and everything resumes the moment payment goes through.
Do I pay for employees who've left?
No. Billing counts only currently active employees. Mark someone as exited and they stop counting toward your bill the same day — no manual downgrade, no support ticket.
Can my employee count change month to month?
Yes, freely. Zenviz bills on your actual active headcount at the time, so hiring or letting someone go changes your bill automatically — there's no seat pack to buy in advance or true up later.
Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
No. Sign up, add your team, and every module is available from the first day of your trial — nobody has to configure anything on your behalf first.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cards, UPI and netbanking via Razorpay for Indian businesses, or PayPal for international payments.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from Billing inside the product. Cancelling stops future charges; it doesn't refund the current period.
