Last updated 20 August 2026. The short version: use it in good faith, pay for what you use, and your data stays yours.
By creating a Zenviz account or using the product, you agree to these terms on behalf of your company. If you don’t have authority to agree on your company’s behalf, please have whoever does read this first.
One Zenviz account per company. Whoever signs up as the company admin is responsible for who else they invite and what access those people are given — Zenviz’s role-based permissions control what each invited user can see and do, but the admin decides who gets which role.
New companies get a free trial period before any payment is required. After the trial, Zenviz is billed per active employee per month, at the rate shown for the plan you’re on. If a subscription lapses or a payment fails, access pauses for everyone at that company until it’s resolved — nothing is deleted while access is paused. You can cancel at any time from Billing; cancelling stops future charges but doesn’t refund the current period.
Use Zenviz for legitimate business operations only. Don’t attempt to access another company’s data, probe or bypass the platform’s access controls, or use the product for anything illegal under applicable law.
Data you enter into Zenviz — employee records, tasks, leads, accounts, everything — belongs to your company. We don’t claim ownership of it, and we don’t use it for anything beyond operating the product for you. You can export it or request deletion at any time; see the Privacy Policy for how.
We aim to keep Zenviz available and reliable, but this is a growing product and we don’t currently offer a formal uptime guarantee or service credit scheme. Planned maintenance, where possible, will avoid business hours.
Either side can end the relationship — you by cancelling your subscription, us in cases of non-payment, abuse, or a serious breach of these terms. On termination, your company’s data is retained for a reasonable window in case you return or need an export, then handled per the retention terms in the Privacy Policy.
Zenviz is provided “as is.” We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t warrant it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Zenviz’s liability for any claim is limited to the amount your company paid in the 12 months before the claim arose.
If these terms change materially, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Zenviz after a change means you accept the update.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
